The “Ask the eConsultant” web site has many useful technical lists for those with a technical bent in internet marketing. One of the best lists is the one with over 200 of the most useful Firefox browser extensions. Each item on the list is categorised with a general question about what you want to do with the Firefox browser.  You will also find a very brief description of what primary function each extension performs. This makes it easier for you to determine if the extension is suitable for your needs, however it is better to download and install the addon as most Firefox extensions have secondary features which are very useful as well.

Internet marketers expect their web sites to be indexed and ranked by Google eventually, but if your web site is not showing up in the Google search results is it because it has been banned? How do you find out if your web site has been banned? In my search for more free tools, I came across this useful tool called “Google Banned Tool” for checking to see if your web site has been banned by Google. The tool uses two different methods to check to see if a web site is in the Google database. There are basically three reasons that you web site may not be listed in the Google search results:

1. Your web site has yet to be spidered by the Google bot
2. Your web site has been sandboxed by Google
3. Your web site has been banned by Google

This tool is one quick way to check to see if you have been banned by Google.  The tool is geared towards those who think they may have been banned from Google.
