This has to be one of the most asked questions by everyone that has thought of starting an online business or has attempted to make money online.
Online or offline, the secret to making money is simple:

This is so obvious that I am often perplexed when “smart” business people ask me “Can you really make big dollars online?”
The only difference between the online market place and the offline market place are the methods and tools you use to access and communicate with your market! Online these methods and tools are so low cost compared to the offline world that the financial barriers of entry can be overcome by just about everyone with as little as $100! However, the biggest barrier to online success seems to be the learning curve and the time it takes to succeed and even this barrier is coming down with the development of new products that put businesses on “auto pilot”.
In a world were instant coffee isn’t fast enough to satisfy people’s cravings for instant gratification, it is not surpprising that the majority of new Internet Marketers just give up on their attempts to make it big on the web.
Most people will never succeed at making any money online let alone a real profit. Once they have spent thousands of dollars on all the guru advice and long hours trying to learn everything they need to get started, they become disillusioned with the $0.13 their Adsense site has made and toss in the towel.
But some, get excited about that $0.13 because they have proven to themselves that they can make money and that if they persist they can make enough money to be a success story.
